Pawel Piotrowski (PP): We have a suite of innovative promotional tools in the industry that we use to engage our players, including streamers. Streamers in cooperation with an operator can launch various campaigns for their subscribers that are exclusive to our games. We are also working on new tools specifically designed for the streaming community. These are likely to revolutionise streaming in the future.
While we don't focus exclusively on development streams, we always have them in mind and ask ourselves if a new game we design will appeal to this community and how we can strengthen the appeal. We always want to be the streamers' first choice when choosing a game to broadcast.
CB : What do you think the future holds for streaming? Particularly in the current climate?
PP : I think the future looks very positive for streamers. They are in power and, as we know, with power comes great responsibility. It is essential that streamers promote responsible gaming and not sacrifice that power for short-term gain. As the gateway to igaming for many new players, one of their roles is to inform them about the risks of gambling. Also, as the face of the gambling community, they can improve the way our industry is perceived and have a real impact on future regulations.
CB: With so much business now conducted online, what are companies doing to advertise to a new generation of tech-savvy players?
PP: We focus on the best production quality and high entertainment value that can help our partners differentiate and optimise offers to their player, and we are always innovating to look at other possible forms of online entertainment. A mobile-first approach with an elegant user interface and light content is a must. The majority of players make their bets on mobile devices.
