Yggdrasil Gaming continues to expand its list of YG franchise partners as we have seen with Soft Gamings and Gamevy by signing a strategic agreement with iGaming software solutions provider SoftSwiss. This, allowing the supplier access to Yggdrasil's proven iGaming content, technology, innovation and expertise.
The YG franchise license agreement will allow SoftSwiss to take full control of Yggdrasil content in its most important markets. SoftSwiss can distribute Yggdrasil's award-winning games through its established partner network and leverage tools such as BOOST, the industry-leading promotional toolkit. In addition, the Franchise solution includes GATI, Yggdrasil's latest iGaming development and distribution innovation.
With YG Franchise, Yggdrasil aims to increase the levels of flexibility and content control for strategic partners such as SoftSwiss. As such, all games, features and support services are made available. It will also allow SoftSwiss to use GATI to develop and distribute its own games on the Franchise platform. More than seven years of Yggdrasil's iGaming success is reflected in the Franchise solution.
The new Vault of Fortune™ title is included in the full catalogue of Yggdrasil proprietary games available for SoftSwiss, as well as the growing portfolio of third-party YG Masters titles. All games are supported by BOOST and configured for maximum geographic reach.
The new partnership will allow SoftSwiss to collaborate globally with other Yggdrasil franchisees. SoftSwiss will have access to GATI's unique technology, game development tools and interfaces to create, port or order games that can be deployed by other franchisees. The network significantly increases the distribution potential and business opportunities for SoftSwiss and all franchisees.
