BCLC's PlayNow.com sports betting offering is enhanced by Opentrade.

Scientific Games Corporation has launched its OpenTrade Managed Trading Services "MTS" for sports betting with long-time client British Columbia Lottery Corporation "BCLC".

As part of this ongoing relationship, BCLC's PlayNow.com digital gaming site is now online with OpenTrade's comprehensive risk and liability management service. BCLC has access to exclusive feed services, pre-game and in-game pricing for all US sports and more.

With Scientific Games' OpenTrade service, BCLC will be able to offer 300,000 events, 200,000 in-play events and more than 25 million markets per year once global sports activity returns to normal levels.

BCLC is now using the company's full suite of OpenSports™ products, following the Lottery's agreement with Scientific Games to power its digital sports betting offering until 2024.

This latest launch reaffirms Scientific Games' position as a leading digital provider to World Lottery Association "WLA" members around the world. The company is among the first to be certified by the WLA as a responsible gaming provider, and the first member of the Global Lottery Monitoring System (GLMS) to ensure the integrity of sports betting worldwide.
