Betsoft Gaming takes part in SiGMA World 2026 (Fiera Roma, 2 to 5 November 2026), according to the press release the studio issued on 26 October 2026.
With more than twenty years of experience and hundreds of certified games, the Malta-based provider is putting THE Series at the heart of its presence in Rome.
Kicked off by THE King of Social Media on 29 January 2026, THE Series had thirteen story-driven slots on its official page by 28 October 2026.
THE Collector comes out on 5 November 2026, the last day of the show, a week before THE Aristocrats (12 November 2026).
THE Collector locks its winning combinations inside golden frames and refills the rest of its 6x5 grid.
THE Aristocrats relies on three pots named COLLECT, MULTI and DOUBLE to trigger its Hold & Win.
On the B2B side, the provider is pitching network tournaments and its Tournament tool. Its Take the Prize wheel hands out cash prizes or bonuses at random.
SiGMA World says it expects 30,000 delegates and more than 1,200 sponsors and exhibitors.
Gambling laws differ from one country to the next, so THE Series should only be played with an operator authorised in the player's own market.
From Monday 2 to Thursday 5 November 2026, Betsoft Gaming heads to Rome for SiGMA World 2026, four days of industry meetings at Fiera Roma. Its press release of 26 October 2026 promises two talking points. The first is THE Series, a run of slots written like the episodes of a TV serial. The second is a toolkit designed to keep players coming back.
Rome suits the part. The ancient Forum was already a marketplace, a place to be seen, pick up the latest rumours and close deals. Twenty centuries later, the aisles of Fiera Roma do the same job for the online gambling industry, with lanyards instead of togas.
For players, the announcement matters more than it seems. Two releases already have dates, and the tournaments the provider sells to casinos will end up on someone's screen sooner or later. Better to know how they work before that happens.
SiGMA World 2026: four days at Fiera Roma
SiGMA World 2026 runs from 2 to 5 November 2026 at Fiera Roma, an exhibition centre a few minutes from Fiumicino airport. The organiser is counting on more than 30,000 delegates and over 1,200 exhibitors and sponsors. Some 550 speakers will share five conference stages, across roughly 100,000 m².
The show has grown fast. Born in Malta, it moved to Rome in November 2025 under the name SiGMA Central Europe. That first edition opened in the presence of Roberta Metsola, President of the European Parliament. Renamed SiGMA World for its second Roman edition, it now spreads over nine halls. Gambling, emerging technology, financial markets and affiliate marketing share the same roof.
At that size, a show looks less like an exhibition than a trading floor. New releases draw the crowds, and the deals get done later, away from the aisles. Betsoft Gaming's press release says as much in its own way. It invites visitors to discover THE Series, but just as much to talk promotions and player retention with its teams.
Why does Italy attract game providers?
Since November 2025, Italian online gambling has operated under a new concession regime. The Agenzia delle Dogane e dei Monopoli (ADM) awarded 52 concessions to 46 operators, each costing €7 million for nine years and limited to a single brand. According to an analysis of the Italian reform published by the supplier Altenar, "skins" (multiple sites running off one licence) have disappeared from the market.
For a provider, the equation has changed. There are fewer doors into the market, but they are wider. Every licensee won over now weighs more than in the days of cloned site networks. Betsoft Gaming knows the ground: the ADM features among the regulators shown in the footer of its official website. The open question is which episodes of THE Series will reach Italian lobbies, and how fast.
What is Betsoft's THE Series?
THE Series is the line of narrative slots that Betsoft Gaming launched on 29 January 2026 with THE King of Social Media. The studio's official THE Series page describes it as a series of games built on memorable characters, original worlds and ongoing storylines. On 28 October 2026, it listed thirteen titles.
The concept owes more to television than to the casino floor. Each title puts an archetype at the centre of the grid, the way a sitcom introduces its lead in the opening credits. The cast so far includes the king of social media, neighbours at war, a jealous ex, oil barons and a private-room regular. The capitalised "THE" works as a shared title card, easy to spot at a glance in a lobby crowded with thumbnails.
THE Series also marks a change of tone for the provider. The running chronicle I keep of the studio on Kynox has mostly covered deals with operators so far. This time, the spotlight is back on the games themselves, and that matters directly to the people who spin them.
The pace is striking, with thirteen episodes in nine months and two more on the schedule. Every screenwriter knows the risk of that kind of output: characters you could swap without anyone noticing. In my view, the series is saved by its mechanics, which genuinely change from one title to the next. THE Neighbor Wars feeds its Hold & Win with the Beer Rush feature, while THE VIP pits PLAYER against BANKER in a duel worth up to 100x. In THE Queen of Social Media, pots duplicate the board. As for the king, he had to wait eight months for his queen, who arrived on 24 September 2026.
Six episodes to watch
Six titles mark out the year of THE Series, from the launch on 29 January 2026 to the two November releases.

Before you load one of these games, read its info page the way a bettor reads the odds. The RTP is a theoretical return calculated over millions of spins. It promises nothing for a single evening. Volatility is high on both THE Neighbor Wars and THE Queen of Social Media, which means long runs of quiet spins broken up by bigger hits. Finally, the hit rate shows how often a spin wins: 22.22% on THE Neighbor Wars against 30.13% on THE Queen of Social Media. On the first, that is about one winning spin in four and a half. Bear in mind that a "winning" spin can pay less than the stake you put in.
THE Collector and THE Aristocrats: the November releases
THE Collector arrives on 5 November 2026, the final day of SiGMA World. THE Aristocrats follows a week later, on 12 November. The two releases pull in opposite directions: the first invents a mechanic of its own, while the second carefully reworks a proven formula.
THE Collector and its golden frames
THE Collector plays on a 6-reel, 5-row grid. Every winning combination freezes inside a golden frame (GOLDEN FRAMES in the game), and new symbols then drop into the empty positions. As long as a win appears or grows, the cycle starts again. Picture a collector framing each find before heading back up to rummage through the attic. Meanwhile, the grid turns to gold as the discoveries pile up.
The FEATURE MEDALLION symbol can then trigger the Golden Reveal. This feature turns the frames into coins, multiplier keys or golden pots that sweep up the values scattered across the grid. SCATTER symbols unlock tiered bonuses:
Three scatters: a choice between COLLECTOR'S FORTUNE, with 10 free spins and persistent golden frames, or RELIC COLLECTION and its 3 respins.
Four scatters: GRAND versions of those bonuses, with richer coins, plus a guaranteed key for the 12 free spins or a guaranteed ADDING BOOK for the respins.
Five scatters: GALLERY OF MASTERPIECES, 12 free spins with a guaranteed FEATURE MEDALLION on every spin.
With three scatters, you set the tempo: a run of free spins where the gold piles up, or three tighter respins. Neither route is a shortcut to a win. The Buy Bonus sells direct access to the bonuses, or five times the chance of triggering them with the GRAND BONUS HUNT option. It shortens the wait by concentrating the spend. If you really want to use it, keep it for a budget set before you start.
THE Aristocrats and its three pots
Due on 12 November 2026, THE Aristocrats places three Coin Pots above its reels. Each pot can trigger the Hold & Win at random, alone or alongside the others. COLLECT adds a collect symbol, MULTI scatters multipliers from 2x to 5x and DOUBLE duplicates the game board. The GRAND prize goes to the player who fills all 15 positions on a board.
The layout will look familiar if you played THE Queen of Social Media in September. Three pots sit above the grid once again, and two of them keep both their name and their role: MULTI and DOUBLE. The multipliers simply top out at 5x here, against 10x for the queen. The provider swaps the set, aristocrats for influencers, and keeps the engine. If you liked the queen, this one is a safe bet. If you were hoping for a surprise, the novelty will feel thin.
The Hold & Win step by step
The Hold & Win in THE Aristocrats starts with three respins, like those in THE Neighbor Wars and THE Queen of Social Media. The BONUS symbols that triggered the round stay locked, and every other position clears. Each new BONUS or COLLECT symbol locks in turn and resets the counter to three. When the counter hits zero, the round ends and the locked values are paid out. THE King of Social Media starts at nine respins. These extra spins cost nothing: what keeps the round going is the luck of landing a new symbol, not a fresh stake.
Network tournaments and prize wheel: Betsoft Gaming's B2B showcase
At SiGMA World 2026, Betsoft Gaming is also showing three engagement tools aimed at casinos. The line-up includes network tournaments, an in-game tournament feature and Take the Prize, its prize wheel launched in January 2022. None of them is sold to players; operators buy them to liven up their promotions.
Tool
How it works
What to read before playing
Network tournaments
A leaderboard shared by several casinos offering the provider's games, with a pooled prize fund
The ranking criterion, the entry stake and the list of qualifying games
Tournament
Leaderboards built into the participating games, updated in real time during the promotion
How long the competition lasts and what moves you up the leaderboard
Take the Prize
A prize wheel that pops up at random during play and awards cash or bonuses
The wagering requirements attached to any bonus won
Betsoft Gaming's tournaments are nothing new. Launched in October 2022, the Tournament tool displays live-updating leaderboards on participating games, so every player can track their own progress and everyone else's. Network Tournaments, as the press release calls them, extend the same idea across several operators at once.
The devil is in the tournament rules. During the network promotion that ran from 22 June to 1 July 2023, a €0.20 stake was enough to enter the race. The leaderboard ranked players on their best win-to-stake ratio on a single spin, so a lucky small bet could beat a big one. That is the format I prefer, because it rewards the standout spin rather than the volume staked. A leaderboard based on total wagers does the opposite. It pushes you to keep spinning so you don't fall behind, like a jockey going for the whip in the final furlong.
A scoreboard that moves before your eyes is designed to hold your attention; that is its whole purpose. Before entering a race like this, set your session limits with a cool head, for both money and time. Resolutions made halfway up the leaderboard rarely survive the urge to spin again. Stick to them, even when your name is climbing.
Where can you play THE Series legally?
THE Series slots can only be played legally where online casino games are licensed, and that depends on each country. The European Union, for example, has no sector-specific gambling law: each member state organises its own market. According to the European Commission's overview of online gambling, some countries allow every type of game online. Others limit the offer to certain games such as betting or poker, and some run monopolies. The same slot can be legal in one country and off-limits across the border, because online gambling is regulated country by country.
Wherever you live, the rule stays the same: play these games only with a licensed operator in your own country.
A studio's fame also attracts counterfeiters. I have already spotted fake Betsoft Gaming games on shady sites, and those casinos caught hosting counterfeit games are now on my blacklist. A title that gets people talking is likely to draw the same imitators. Before you stake anything, check the operator's licence on the relevant regulator's register.
After Rome: what will show whether the bet paid off
From 5 November 2026, two signals will measure the reach of the Rome trip. The first will show in the lobbies: how many casinos list THE Collector from day one, especially among Italy's 46 licensees. The second will be hidden in the rules of the next network tournaments. They will reveal whether the provider prefers to reward the standout spin or sheer persistence. A series is judged on its full season, not its pilot, and THE Series has yet to finish its first year.
FAQs:
Are SiGMA World and SiGMA Rome the same show?
Yes. SiGMA World is the official name of the show held at Fiera Roma in early November 2026. Betsoft Gaming and several exhibitors call it by the city's name in their press releases.
When are THE Collector and THE Aristocrats released?
THE Collector is scheduled for 5 November 2026 and THE Aristocrats for 12 November 2026, according to their respective pages on Betsoft Gaming's website.
What is the RTP of THE Series slots?
It depends on the title. As of 28 October 2026, the official game pages list 96.15% for THE King of Social Media and 95.78% for THE Neighbor Wars. THE VIP shows 96.05% and THE Queen of Social Media 96.18%.
Is THE Queen of Social Media a sequel to THE King of Social Media?
Betsoft Gaming simply presents it as a new episode of THE Series. Both games share a social media setting, yet they play differently. The queen runs on three Influence Pots and multipliers of up to 10x, while the king relies on a Hold & Win with nine respins and a Pick Bonus.
Does Take the Prize change a game's RTP?
No, according to Betsoft Gaming. The wheel appears at random on a promotion's qualifying games, without interrupting play or changing the game's return to player.
Who organises SiGMA World?
SiGMA Group, founded in Malta in 2014 by Eman Pulis. The company runs events dedicated to gambling, emerging technology and affiliate marketing on several continents.
