Asia Gaming (AG) live casino provider acquired by PlayAce

Key points about the Asia Gaming provider

  • Asia Gaming, shortened to AG and called 亚游 (Yayou) in Chinese, was a B2B live casino provider founded in 2012 and based in the Philippines.
  • It never took players directly. Asia Gaming supplied its tables and technology to operators focused on Asian customers, in Asia and elsewhere in the world.
  • Baccarat sat at the heart of the offer, with Squeeze Baccarat, Bid Baccarat, the VIP Private Room and the GoodRoad alert, which the provider presented as a world first.
  • Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo, Bull Bull, Three Face, roulette, blackjack and poker completed the live tables, all filmed in Philippine studios.
  • On the RNG side, the brand distributed XIN Gaming slots from October 2015, along with video poker and fishing games such as Fish Hunter. In 2025, the range was claimed to exceed a hundred titles.
  • Asia Gaming operated under a First Cagayan licence, issued in the Cagayan Special Economic Zone, and held GLI and TST certifications.
  • From the announcement of its ICE 2016 appearance, AG targeted Europe's Asian diaspora. In September 2018, it opened a studio called EU Hall inside a land-based casino in Malta.
  • According to SoftGamings, the official website closed in 2022. Executive Order No. 74, signed in the Philippines on 5 November 2024, then banned offshore online gaming and the renewal of special economic zone licences.
  • PlayAce bought Asia Gaming in 2025. Since May of that year, the former AG tables have appeared under the PA Live banner, and the other games carry the PA label.
  • In July 2025, PlayAce was still claiming the First Cagayan licence, a claim that is hard to square with the 2024 Philippine order.
  • The brand no longer exists, so Kynox Casino offers no games and no online casinos powered by Asia Gaming.

Asia Gaming (AG) casino provider bought by PlayAce

For a good decade, Asian baccarat fans recognised their tables by two letters, AG. Asia Gaming, known in Chinese as 亚游 (Yayou), was a B2B live casino provider based in the Philippines. The studio was founded in 2012 and bought by PlayAce in 2025. As early as 2015, the company described itself in the trade press as one of the largest providers of live-streamed tables on the Asian continent. Its live rooms, slots and fishing games now carry the PA label, the initials of its new owner.

So don't come here looking for a casino or a demo. This Kynox Casino page traces the history of the Asia Gaming casino provider. It claimed several world firsts in online baccarat before leaving the stage almost without a sound. Where did it come from, what did it bring to live gaming, how did it try its luck in Europe and what does the takeover change? I'll retrace the story hand by hand, the way you replay a session in your head once the shoe is empty.

Who was Asia Gaming?

AG worked behind the scenes. Like nearly all the studios tracked on Kynox Casino, it never took players directly. It supplied its tables and technology to operators, who built them into their own lobbies. Its official Facebook page describes it as an online gaming solutions provider serving Asian operators, and those courting Asian customers elsewhere in the world. By the way, it has nothing whatsoever to do with Asia Gaming Brief, a trade media outlet covering gaming in Asia. Nor is it related to Asia Live Tech, another live dealer provider.

At the end of 2019, the official website split the offer into four sections, from live dealers to electronic games, sports betting and the mobile platform. Operators could also order custom-branded rooms in their own colours, operational support and help with their licences. The boss signed his public statements with a single name, Sky.

A First Cagayan licence and two testing labs

Asia Gaming operated under a First Cagayan licence, issued in the Cagayan Special Economic Zone, at the far north-eastern tip of Luzon. There, First Cagayan Leisure and Resort Corporation acts as the master licensor for online gaming. The partnership press release published in September 2018 adds a certification from Gaming Laboratories International (GLI). Three years earlier, the provider was already highlighting a second lab, Technical Systems Testing (TST).

Philippine studios for a borderless audience

The dealers worked in the Philippines. In November 2017, the official YouTube channel published a tour of the filming studio, with an invitation for operators to come and see it in person. By late 2019, the website ran in nine languages. Simplified and Traditional Chinese sat alongside English, Japanese, Vietnamese, Thai, Indonesian, Korean and even Khmer. That Khmer option tucked into the menu gives away the map of target markets.

Then comes the question of traffic. According to SoftGamings' Asia Gaming profile, the games were available in 18 languages and the platform hosted up to 36,000 concurrent players (data checked on 2 October 2026). Still, there is no way to verify that record from the outside. It does give a sense of an immense gaming hall, open day and night.

Baccarat as a testing ground

In Asia, baccarat rules the felt as well as the online lobbies. In Macau, it accounted for about 85% of gross gaming revenue in the first quarter of 2026, according to quarterly figures from the DICJ, the local regulator. AG turned it into its testing ground, and that is where the brand left its clearest fingerprints. To place this offer against the competition, the overview of baccarat providers listed on Kynox Casino gives a fair idea of what other studios offer.

Feeling the cards on camera

The house signature came down to one gesture, the squeeze. In Squeeze Baccarat, the card is revealed slowly, bent back from one corner, and the suspense stretches to the very last millimetre. It is exactly what happens in the private rooms of Macau. The ritual is far from exclusive, since the Swedish studio Evolution offers its own version too. AG added Bid Baccarat, presented as interactive, whose name suggests a bidding element around the table, as well as an Insurance Baccarat variant. The provider also claimed a world first with six cards dealt in advance.

For high rollers, the VIP Private Room offered a table of their own, far from the hubbub of shared games. The same idea shows up in the high-stakes private tables of other providers. From 2015, some sets were fitted with LED screens for interactive baccarat. The lobbies had code names, AGIN and AGQ in 2018, while the 2025 press release counts five of them (AGIN, AGQ, BID, VIP and Multiplay).

GoodRoad or the art of reading roads for the player

To understand GoodRoad, you have to talk about roads. In Asian baccarat rooms, players study scorecards such as the Big Road, the Bead Plate or the derived roads Big Eye Boy, Small Road and Cockroach Pig. These grids draw patterns, Banker streaks, alternations or long runs that players nickname dragons. A “good road” is a pattern considered promising.

With GoodRoad, Asia Gaming claimed a world first. The system flags in real time the tables where a good road is forming and lets you bet without leaving the interface. Commercially, it is a formidable idea, because the player never leaves the lobby and simply hops from one table to the next.

I admit that roads have always made me smile. On an eight-deck shoe, the house edge stands at 1.06% on Banker, 1.24% on Player and 14.36% on a Tie paid at 8 to 1. No past streak can predict the next hand. Rather than waiting for a dragon, you are better off learning the rules on a baccarat game playable without a deposit, with play money. GoodRoad predicted nothing. It handed chance a compass, and I understand why so many players loved following it.

Dragon Tiger and Sic Bo on the other sets

Baccarat did not top the bill alone. Dragon Tiger, a lightning duel with a single card, sat alongside Sic Bo. This three-dice game from China lets you bet on totals, doubles or triples. The niche is still crowded, and the sic bo and dice game providers listed on Kynox Casino range from Pragmatic Play's live tables to the electronic games of Habanero or Betsoft.

Roulette and blackjack completed this more Western base. To learn the Sic Bo combinations without risking a single chip, demo versions of dice games run for free on Kynox. The rolls happen without a dealer, but the betting logic stays the same.

Two Chinese card games gave the whole line-up its local colour. In Bull Bull, or Niu Niu, each hand has five cards, and you must set aside three whose total is a multiple of ten. The two remaining cards give the score. When they also add up to a multiple of ten, the hand is a Niu Niu, the best ordinary hand. Three Face, also known as San Gong, is played with three cards. Only the last digit of the total counts, with face cards worth zero, and three face cards together make the strongest hand.

A live poker table finally brought AG closer to the poker table creators listed elsewhere on Kynox, without poker ever becoming its speciality.

When influencers joined the table

In October 2017, AG unveiled a redesigned broadcast set. Online influencers joined the in-house presenters and took turns hosting the games. Players could chat with them while betting and pick up subscriber-only rewards along the way. Streamed casino play was leaving the restraint of the hushed private room to borrow the codes of live streaming.

A tournament for gambling gods

Asia Gaming also turned baccarat into a competition. Its tournament, called Master Tournament in English, is named 赌神赛 in Chinese, literally “God of Gamblers tournament”. It is hard not to hear an echo of the Hong Kong film God of Gamblers (賭神), released in 1989 with Chow Yun-fat.

Its format had three tiers, as described on the archived tournament page, a copy of the official website preserved by Arquivo.pt. Qualifiers start as soon as a table is full, the main tournament follows a fixed schedule, and a quarterly tournament brings together the season's winners and the top-ranked players. Winnings landed straight in the player's gaming account, with no prior approval. In July 2018, the official channel announced that the competition would return every month.

The provider had even presented this format in London, at ICE in February 2017, along with a blackjack game designed for European players. Taking the God of Gamblers all the way to London's Docklands took some nerve.

The RNG side of a portfolio built for Asia

Live play was the shop window. In the back room, random number generator (RNG) games rounded out the offer. The July 2025 press release mentions more than a hundred titles, from slots to video poker and table games. SoftGamings gives the same order of magnitude (checked on 2 October 2026).

XIN Gaming's reels

For its slots, AG relied on XIN Gaming. Founded in 2014, this studio describes itself on its homepage as one of the first RNG providers focused on Asian players. The distribution agreement signed in October 2015 gave it access to Asia Gaming's operators.

The collection listed by SoftGamings includes King of Glory, Alibaba, Mr. XIN, Mystic Gems, The Dragon Pearl Gold, Legend of the Dragon and Mah Jong Slot. Dragons, pearls and mahjong tiles create an aesthetic shared by video slot designers who draw on Asian imagery, a world away from the cherries and bells of Western one-armed bandits.

Video poker and cannon fishing

Video poker covered the classics of the genre, Jacks or Better, Deuces Wild, Bonus Deuces Wild and Joker Wild. Nothing revolutionary, but die-hard video poker fans found familiar ground there between two baccarat shoes. Hands came thick and fast, with no dealer and no queue.

The real regional touch came from fishing. As early as 2015, AG was showcasing Fish Hunter, a game where you shoot fish with a cannon to collect their value. A title with the same name also appears in the demo library of Amazing Gaming, the Tain brand mentioned further down. The genre draws a huge audience in Asia, and other providers rushed in, such as Spadegaming, a fishing game studio focused on Southeast Asia. In Europe, it remains a niche. Casual games such as Animal Fun Park and Lucky Combo, along with a sports betting offer, completed the range.

How did Asia Gaming try to win over Europe?

Courting the diaspora instead of taking on the giants

The European ambition shows as early as autumn 2015. In the announcement of its ICE 2016 appearance, London's big gaming trade show, AG aimed at a very specific audience. It was going after the roughly 2 million Chinese residents and 3 million Asian residents living in Europe, according to the estimates put forward at the time.

Sky struck a note of humility that is rare in this business. There was no question of going head to head with Europe's live casino leaders. Asia Gaming wanted to be complementary, pointing out that in Asia an operator often runs several live casinos at once.

I find this strategy shrewder than it looks. Rather than copying what Europe already did very well, AG brought what it lacked. Namely, baccarat designed for Asian players, with their rituals and superstitions.

Tain and XIN Gaming as the Maltese gateway

The European relay ran through Malta. In July 2016, XIN Gaming bought Tain and Betting Promotion from Nordic Leisure for about €9 million. Through this takeover of Tain by XIN Gaming, the Maltese platform added XIN's slots and Asia Gaming's live dealers to its portfolio.

The story continued with Amazing Gaming, a brand launched by Tain in early 2018 and now defunct as well. As for Tain's former Maltese company, it took the name Eeze in February 2025.

A first European studio opened in Malta in 2018

On 3 September 2018, Asia Gaming unveiled its EU Hall, described as its first major expansion outside Asia. The EU Hall presentation video places this studio in a well-known land-based casino in St Julian's, Malta. The Tain network already knew this casino, since Amazing Gaming was filming its tables there, with a feed coming in from Manila. Baccarat from the Philippine studios had found a foothold on the shores of the Mediterranean.

Three days later, SoftGamings added AG to its live casino bundle. The line-up already included Evolution, NetEnt Live, BetGames.tv, Lucky Streak, Ezugi, Asia Live Tech and Vivo Gaming. SA Gaming was there too, an Asian provider included in the same live bundle whose baccarat targeted AG's audience. From then on, the competition played out on a single table.

Filming in a real gaming hall was also the bet of another bundle member, a specialist in roulette streamed from real casino floors. A real casino setting offers an authenticity that no studio fully reproduces, and Asia Gaming understood that well.

European traces that quickly fade

After 2018, public traces become scarce. According to its title, the last video on the official channel, uploaded on 4 December 2019, shows a virtual reality demo at a trade show in the Philippines. Then nothing at all. As of 2 October 2026, the channel shows 78 videos and 962 subscribers, a modest score for a platform that claimed tens of thousands of concurrent players.

The end of the AG brand

An official website dark since 2022

SoftGamings dates the closure of the official website, asia-gaming.com, to 2022. As of 2 October 2026, the domain is still registered but no longer responds. The official Facebook page keeps its description and about 1,700 followers, like a neon sign still lit above an empty gaming hall.

Shockwaves from the Philippine executive order

Then the door closed in the Philippines. Signed on 5 November 2024, Executive Order No. 74 bans offshore online gaming, whether it is live-streamed casino, RNG games or sports betting offered to foreign players. It also targets licences issued by special economic zone authorities, which will be neither renewed nor extended, and sets 31 December 2024 as the end date for all such activity. Asia Gaming did not take players. However, its games were filmed in the Philippines for a foreign clientele, a type of activity directly affected.

The PlayAce takeover in 2025

In April 2025, notices from partner platforms announced the switch. From May, AG was to become PlayAce, shortened to PA. The article on the Philippine site Feitalks that relays these screenshots states that the team and technical support stay in place. Asia Gaming was indeed sold, and PlayAce is the company that bought the brand, its tables and its games.

In July 2025, the PlayAce press release presented the deal as a name change, intended to strengthen its international presence and bring it in line with compliance standards. AG's motto, “Impressive Experience Only”, survived the transition. The same press release claims that the First Cagayan licence and GLI certification were kept, a statement that is hard to reconcile with the 2024 order. In a January 2025 statement, the Cagayan zone authority had in fact said it hosted no offshore gaming activity on its territory. Even so, I have found no public document that resolves the contradiction.

What happens to the three AG ranges

  • AG Live: the live dealer range becomes PA Live.
  • AG Fishing: the fishing games move under the PA label.
  • XIN Gaming: the slot line distributed on the AG platform joins the PA electronic games range.

The change only affects this distribution line, not the studio itself. XIN Gaming still presents itself, on a website whose footer stops at 2023, as a studio distributed by the Ethereal Gaming platform.

Recognising the former AG tables under their new name

Anyone looking for AG games in their operator's lobby today will no longer find them under that name. The live offer now appears under the PA Live banner. According to the 2025 press release, it keeps the five rooms mentioned above, from AGIN to Multiplay. Their dealers speak English, Mandarin or Cantonese. These room names remain the best clue to AG's legacy, along with the PA label on the fishing games and slots.

What PlayAce's shop window shows today

On its website, PlayAce presents itself under the All Play Ace name as a B2B aggregator. A single integration gives access to more than 40 providers and more than 3,000 games, or 2,500 according to the homepage title (checked on 2 October 2026). Fishing games appear there as arcade-style shooting games, alongside slots, live casino, sports betting and crash games. Target markets range from Asia to Latin America, and from Africa to Europe and the CIS.

The same day, the partner carousel displayed 42 logos, from NetEnt to Pragmatic Play by way of Evolution. Specialists in the Asian market abound, such as Pocket Games Soft, better known as PG Soft. Yet no AG or PA logo appears in that list. On top of that, the Asia Gaming name does not feature on any of the site's public pages.

The terms of use assign ownership of the content to an entity called Ace Infinity, with no postal address or registration number, and the contact form includes a Telegram field. On the buyer's side, discretion is total.

This silence leaves me wondering. A brand that claimed the first GoodRoad alert, monthly baccarat tournaments and a studio in Malta deserved better than having its name simply erased.

Why doesn't Kynox Casino offer online casinos or Asia Gaming demos?

Because the Asia Gaming name no longer exists. Its offer has circulated under the PA label since May 2025, and I do not list any casino under the name of a defunct provider. There is no point looking for a private list or asking for a link, because there isn't one.

The baccarat and dice demos mentioned above, however, remain available without a deposit.

What a First Cagayan licence never covered

Each regulated market sets its own rules on who may offer live casino games to its residents. A Philippine licence such as First Cagayan was built for offshore activity and never replaced those local licences. Wherever you play, check that the operator holds a licence valid in your country.

A legacy now played under other initials

Asia Gaming leaves a deeper mark than its European profile suggests. The filmed squeeze, the private rooms, the GoodRoad alert and the baccarat tournaments added up to a very Asian way of playing from a distance. It was built on rituals, on patience and on signs we think we can read in chance. The name has gone dark. As for the tables, they kept running under a new label. Under the PA initials, will they keep the soul that built their reputation, or become one entry among many in an aggregator's portfolio?

FAQ: Asia Gaming

What is Asia Gaming?

Asia Gaming, shortened to AG and known in Chinese as 亚游 (Yayou), was a B2B live casino provider founded in 2012 and based in the Philippines. A specialist in streamed baccarat, it supplied its tables to operators without ever taking players directly. PlayAce bought it in 2025.

Does Asia Gaming still exist?

Not under that name. Since May 2025, its live tables, slots and fishing games have carried the PA label of its new owner, PlayAce. The official website asia-gaming.com, closed in 2022 according to SoftGamings, was still not responding on 2 October 2026.

Who bought Asia Gaming?

PlayAce, a B2B aggregator operating under the All Play Ace name, bought Asia Gaming in 2025. Partner platforms announced the switch in April, and the new name took effect in May with the same team and the same technical support. PlayAce's July 2025 press release presents the deal as a name change.

Why did Asia Gaming change its name?

PlayAce's July 2025 press release mentions an international presence to strengthen and compliance standards to meet. The Philippine context matters too. Signed on 5 November 2024, Executive Order No. 74 banned offshore online gaming, live casino included, and set 31 December 2024 as the end date for those activities.

Under what name can you find the former AG tables?

Look for the PA Live banner. According to PlayAce's 2025 press release, it keeps Asia Gaming's five rooms (AGIN, AGQ, BID, VIP and Multiplay), with dealers who speak English, Mandarin or Cantonese. The former AG fishing games and slots also carry the PA label.

What games did Asia Gaming offer?

Live casino dominated, with baccarat in several versions (Squeeze, Bid, VIP Private Room), Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo, Bull Bull, Three Face, roulette, blackjack and poker. The RNG side brought together XIN Gaming slots, video poker and fishing games such as Fish Hunter. Sports betting rounded out the offer. PlayAce's 2025 press release mentions more than a hundred titles.

What is GoodRoad at Asia Gaming?

GoodRoad was an alert system that Asia Gaming presented as a world first. It flagged in real time the baccarat tables where a “good road” was forming, meaning a streak considered promising on the scorecards. It also let players bet on those tables without leaving the interface. It predicted nothing, because each hand is independent of the previous ones.

What licence did Asia Gaming hold?

Asia Gaming operated under a First Cagayan licence, issued in the Cagayan Special Economic Zone in the Philippines, and held GLI and TST certifications. PlayAce was still claiming this licence in July 2025. Yet Executive Order No. 74 of 2024 rules out renewing licences from these zones. I have found no public document that settles the question.

Is Asia Gaming linked to Asia Gaming Brief?

No. Asia Gaming Brief is a trade media outlet covering gaming in Asia, whereas Asia Gaming supplied live casino tables to operators. Asia Live Tech, another live dealer provider with a similar name, has no connection with AG either.

Can you still play Asia Gaming games online?

Not under that name. The former AG live tables now appear as PA Live in the lobbies of operators that work with PlayAce. At Kynox Casino, I list no online casino and no Asia Gaming demo, since the brand has disappeared. Wherever you play, make sure the operator holds a licence that is valid in your country.
