Vincitu GameArt partnership: HTML5 slots under ADM licence

Key facts about Vincitu and GameArt

  • Deal: announced by GameArt on 14 September 2026, it opens Vincitu's online casino to a selection of the studio's HTML5 slots.
  • Operator: Vincitu Srl, based in Naples' Centro Direzionale, runs the Vincitu brand under ADM remote gaming concession no. 16031.
  • Products: pre-match and in-play sports betting, a betting exchange, horse racing, casino, live casino, poker, bingo and lotteries.
  • Spokespeople: Gianmarco Saviano, administrator at Vincitu, and Gašper Žun, CEO of GameArt, provide the two quotes in the press release.
  • Certification: every game must be certified for the Italian market, so the studio's library arrives one title at a time.
  • Lobby: Vincitu had already added Playson in May 2023, via the Exalogic platform, followed by Amusnet in June 2024.
  • Reform: since 13 November 2025, 52 nine-year concessions have been shared among 46 operators, with one website per licensee.

  • Promotions: the studio runs network tournaments, such as Road to Victory and its €300,000 prize pool in 2022.
  • Outside Italy: Vincitu's offer targets the Italian market only, so players elsewhere should stick to operators licensed in their own country.

GameArt bets on Vincitu: a new Neapolitan chip on the Italian table

On 14 September 2026, GameArt announced that its slots were going live at Vincitu, a Naples operator licensed by the Agenzia delle Dogane e dei Monopoli (ADM), formerly known as AAMS. The news fits into a few lines of a press release. Yet it confirms the method of a premium slot provider that grows in Italy through small successive bets with local operators, rather than a single all-in move. Four months earlier, the Casino di Venezia had opened its virtual gaming rooms to the studio.

Read it aloud and Vincitu becomes "vinci tu", Italian for "you win". Anyone who has spent fifteen years combing through bonus terms will smile at that (I speak from experience). It sounds like a promise called out across a betting shop counter. The arithmetic of the reels is more stubborn. Over millions of spins, a slot pays back on average what its return to player (RTP) rate predicts. No brand name changes that maths.

Behind the announcement, three topics deserve more than a quick copy-and-paste of the press release. Who is the Naples operator, really? What does an Italian concession actually guarantee since the November 2025 reform? And what lies behind the "promotional initiatives" Vincitu is putting forward?

What does the deal between GameArt and Vincitu cover?

The deal makes a selection of GameArt's HTML5 slots available to Vincitu customers. According to the press release published by GameArt, these varied and immersive titles round out the operator's online casino offering, alongside its sports betting, live casino and other regulated games. For players, HTML5 means a game that launches in the browser, on mobile or desktop, with nothing to download. The studio points to a growing presence across regulated European jurisdictions. It sees the move as another step in Italy, where it says it works with trusted local operators and offers experiences tailored to local players.

Gianmarco Saviano, administrator at Vincitu, makes it sound almost like a reunion:

"We are pleased to announce this partnership with GameArt; having already appreciated their games in the past, we are confident that our customers will enjoy GameArt's entire game portfolio and the numerous promotional initiatives offered to them."

Gašper Žun, CEO of GameArt, prefers to look at the map of the market:

"We're delighted to welcome Vincitu to our growing network of partners in Italy. Working with operators that share our commitment to quality allows us to bring our games to more players while continuing to strengthen our presence in one of Europe's most important regulated markets."

Why a selection rather than the full game library?

Read the two quotes again. The press release talks about a selection, while Vincitu's administrator speaks of the entire portfolio. The nuance is far from trivial. In Italy, every game must be certified for the national market before it can appear on a licensed site. A slot collection therefore crosses the border one title at a time, never in a single block.

In October 2022, GameArt's Italy-certified games were already reaching another online casino on the peninsula through an Italian aggregator, Octavian Lab's Casino Hub platform. The studio knows the drill. The full portfolio Gianmarco Saviano mentions will grow at the pace of approvals, and the place to check it is the lobby, filtered by provider, not a line in a press release.

Who is behind the Naples operator Vincitu?

Vincitu, sometimes spelt Vincitù, is the brand of Vincitu Srl, a company based in the shadow of Vesuvius, in Naples' Centro Direzionale business district. Its website footer displays its ADM concession for remote gaming, no. 16031. When it signed a deal with Playson in May 2023, the operator was described as having been founded in 2006. Its offering covers almost the whole spectrum of legal gambling in Italy: pre-match and in-play sports betting, a betting exchange, horse racing, virtual betting, casino, live casino, poker, bingo and lotteries.

This is a long way from Lottomatica, which alone captures nearly a third of player spending on online casino games in Italy. Vincitu belongs to those brands whose name rarely travels beyond Italy, yet which secured their place in the new concession regime that came into force on 13 November 2025.

A lobby built one provider at a time

Francesco Marra, casino manager at Vincitu, first welcomed Playson. A year later, he was the one commenting on the partnership with Amusnet, formerly EGT Interactive, built around two crown-topped slots. These successive announcements point to a patient build-up, and GameArt now joins a shop window that is already well stocked.

Why does Italy matter so much to GameArt?

The figures explain the appetite. In 2025, players in Italy spent €3.2 billion on online casino games, measured as gross gaming revenue (GGR): stakes minus winnings. The annual review published by SBC News in January 2026 puts the year-on-year increase at 15.8%. In December 2025, slots alone accounted for around 65% of that month's spending.

The curve is not flattening in 2026. September generated €306 million in spending, up 12% year on year, and the third quarter grew by 14%. These ADM figures reported by Websim also give the Lottomatica group a 31.3% market share. For a slot provider, Italy is no side market: it is a high-stakes table where every seat is paid for in certifications.

Nine years before Vincitu, in September 2017, GameArt made its entry into the regulated Italian market with PlanetWin365, through the aggregator ESA Gaming. Maja Lozej, the studio's CEO at the time, said she was happy with the launch. Six years later, the studio strengthened its partnership with Planetwin365, before exhibiting at SiGMA Rome 2025 and then signing with the Casino di Venezia in May 2026. Its approach owes more to a card game than to roulette: play your cards one at a time instead of staking everything on a single number.

ADM concession: what does the Italian framework guarantee after the November 2025 reform?

An ADM concession is the licence that allows an operator to run remote gambling legally in Italy. Since 13 November 2025, it has been governed by Legislative Decree 41/2024. At the end of the tender, the ADM awarded 52 concessions to 46 operators. The State collected €364 million, or €7 million per concession, and each one runs for nine years with no renewal. As SIGMA explained on the eve of the switch, the reform also abolished the skins system: each licensee now runs a single website, whereas around 350 skins used to coexist.

For players, the new regime brings concrete safeguards, set out in an update on self-exclusion and player accounts. An ID document is required before an account is activated, and the account only opens after a check against the tax registry systems run by Sogei. Self-exclusion for 30, 60 or 90 days, or with no end date, is activated through the SPID digital identity and applies to every licensed site. Since 1 February 2026, partial self-exclusion has also let players block certain game categories without closing their account.

How can you check that an Italian gambling site is licensed?

If you live in Italy, four checks take less than a minute:

  • Footer: look for the ADM logo and the concession number, which is no. 16031 in Vincitu's case.
  • Domain: a licensee now runs only one website, so a "mirror" address that redirects to another brand should raise your suspicions.
  • Warning: licensed sites display the notice "il gioco è vietato ai minori e può causare dipendenza patologica", which means "gambling is prohibited for minors and can cause pathological addiction".
  • Cross-check: if in doubt, visit the Agenzia delle Dogane e dei Monopoli website, which also publishes the list of blocked illegal sites.

What do the promotions promised by Vincitu involve?

Gianmarco Saviano mentions "numerous promotional initiatives". At a provider like GameArt, the phrase mainly refers to network promotions. These are tournaments whose leaderboards bring together players from several partner casinos on the same games, with the prize pool usually funded by the studio. The Naples operator also has a dedicated tournaments and promotions section on its website.

The studio is used to thinking big. In 2022, it presented Road to Victory as the largest network promotion in its history. The six-week programme offered €300,000 in prizes from 14 November to 27 December, with a different theme each week. Points came in with wins and with regular play: 50 for a Big Win, 500 for an Epic Win and 1,000 for 5,000 spins played.

Before you join this kind of race, read the rules: eligible games, minimum stake, points system and type of prize (real money or a bonus with wagering requirements). A leaderboard rewards persistence as much as luck, and piling on spins to climb three places quickly turns into an overpriced lottery ticket. Set your budget before the first spin, not after the fiftieth.

Can you play at Vincitu from outside Italy?

In practice, no. The brand's offer is designed for the regulated Italian market, and opening an account involves an identity check linked to the Italian tax registry. An Italian concession only covers Italy, and some countries do not license online casino games at all. Only play with operators authorised in your own country.

The same logic drives Kynox's casino filters. They are geolocated and only show online casinos licensed for the country you are browsing from. You can still read all about GameArt's slots on the studio's provider page and in its news section.

Betting on human-scale operators

I have been reading press releases like this one since 2011, hundreds of them, and most are forgotten before the week is out. This one caught my attention for a simple reason: GameArt seems to prefer a collection of human-scale brands to a race for the market's giants alone. The studio had already played that card with the Slovak operator DOXXbet in 2024, then with Solcasino in Spain in spring 2026. The logic holds up: in a less crowded lobby, a slot has a better chance of being seen.

One unknown remains, and it carries weight. What lies behind those games Vincitu had "already appreciated in the past": titles spotted at other operators, or a first encounter that stayed quiet? The deal will mostly be worth what players in Naples, Milan or Palermo make of it, and unlike a press release, a lobby never lies for very long.

What comes next will partly be played out in Rome. GameArt is exhibiting at SiGMA World Rome from 3 to 5 November 2026, on stand H6-6022 at Fiera Roma, with Jennifer Meli, account manager for the Italian market. Visitors will be able to try Baccarat Dragon Blaze before its release on 24 November. The studio's fourth-quarter roadmap also lines up Cat 'n Rat, released on 13 October, and three Bursting Crowns variants through to 22 December.

Each of these games will have to pass Italian certification before reaching the shelves of a casino on the peninsula, Vincitu's included. The studio's upcoming announcements will show whether the chip placed in Naples in September was a one-off bet or the first of a series. At the roulette table as in business, a strategy is judged over time, rarely on a single spin of the wheel.
