The highly regulated gaming solutions provider secures long-term presence in existing markets with new certification.
Yggdrasil, the innovative online gaming solutions provider, has been awarded a B2B software licence by the Isle of Man Supervision Commission, securing its long-term presence in a host of existing markets.
The new IoM certification brings the total number of software licences obtained by Yggdrasil to eight in four major gaming jurisdictions, including the UK, Malta, Gibraltar and Romania.
Yggdrasil is committed to meeting the licensing requirements and objectives of its licensing jurisdictions and always strives to lead industry best practice.
Since its inception in 2013, the company has implemented policies and procedures to ensure that all stakeholders are protected and treated fairly, and that their rights are always protected. In line with the technical requirements of its licensing jurisdictions, it has also implemented measures to ensure the integrity of games and gaming devices.
Yggdrasil's Information Security Management System (ISMS) is audited annually by independent auditors to ensure that data is protected and classified according to its policies and procedures.
Fredrik Elmqvist, CEO of Yggdrasil, said: "Since we started our business, we have been highly regulated and highly compliant in all major gaming jurisdictions. We take great pride in adhering to regulatory best practice and place a high value on compliance and responsible gaming in all our products. We are delighted to add the Isle of Man to this prestigious regulatory list, our eighth B2B license, and I'm sure many more will follow in the years to come."
