The provider expands its presence in North America with the NorthStar Gaming deal.
Pragmatic Play has strengthened its presence in North America by signing an agreement with Ontario-based online gaming operator NorthStar Gaming.
The agreement sees Pragmatic Play provide its full portfolio of slot content to NorthStar Gaming, which operates in the Canadian province of Ontario. As part of the agreement, NorthStar Bets players will have access to popular games including the award-winning Sugar Rush™ and Gates of Olympus™, as well as Big Bass Splash.
NorthStar Gaming owns and operates NorthStar Bets, a made-in-Ontario casino games and sportsbook platform that offers players a premium, uniquely local user experience. The NorthStar Bets sportsbook provides real-time news, stats, analysis and scores directly in the betting environment, as well as the most popular online casino games.
The partnership marks Pragmatic Play's latest expansion into a key emerging territory, with Ontario rapidly emerging as a major gaming market in North America following legalisation in April 2022.
The deal follows a number of recent commercial agreements for Pragmatic Play, including partnerships with bet365, 500 Casino and Fortuna Entertainment Group, among others.
