This exclusive joint venture in North America will offer land-based casino operators a turnkey online casino gaming and sports betting solution.
Gaming1, Belgium's leading gaming and sports betting partner, has entered into a joint venture partnership with Delaware North, a world-class player in the hospitality industry and owner of several gaming venues and casinos in the United States and Australia.
The joint venture, called Gamewise, will use Gaming1's casino and sports betting technology and platform to offer a turnkey digital solution to legal operators in North America. As part of the partnership, Delaware North will offer its Betly.com iGaming brand in all new markets where it operates land-based casinos.
In addition to Delaware North's gaming and hospitality industry expertise, Gamewise will leverage Gaming1's omnichannel technology solution and partnership model developed over more than 10 years in numerous regulated markets around the world. Through this joint venture, Gaming1 will also provide its catalogue of in-house developed games.
Gamewise will bring to market a scalable platform that offers a seamless casino and sports betting experience through advanced gamification features, full land-based integration, localized betting pricing and the best bet acceptance rates in the industry.
