Caleta Gaming: a Brazilian video bingo provider and its online casinos
Caleta Gaming is a casino game provider born in Florianópolis, in the south of Brazil, that lives off its video bingos, its tropicalised slots and its crash games. The studio claims more than 150 titles built on its own technology, and its public showcase displayed 145 game pages on 15/10/2026. To place the company within the family of South American providers, the Argentine studio that also specialises in video bingo remains its closest neighbour, but Caleta is the only one of the two to hold a Maltese licence and full certification for Brazil's regulated market.
Let me tell you straight away what you are probably looking for. The CASINO button at the top of this page lists the online casinos authorised in your jurisdiction that run the Caleta Gaming provider. If the filter returns nothing, it means that no online casino offering this provider is available from your country. There is no hidden list and no access on request. An empty filter is information, not a back door.
The GAMES button opens a selection of Caleta demos you can play without registering. The provider publishes a trial launcher for 125 of its 145 titles, as counted on 15/10/2026, which is rare for a studio of this size and deserves to be said up front.
That leaves the question I really care about: how did a twelve-year-old studio from a tourist island in Santa Catarina end up as a finalist at the SBC Awards 2026, up against the workshops of the big groups? The answer fits in three words: bingo, Brazil and certification.
Where does Caleta Gaming come from?
Caleta was founded by Fabíola Jaeger and Paulo Nova. The two met in 2010 on the development team of a gaming company, she on the mathematical models and the checking of return rates, he on front-end development. In 2013 they set up their own project, which became Caleta a few months later. That is the version told on the Our History page of the official website, and the Brazilian federal register confirms it to within a few weeks: the company Caleta Brasil Desenvolvimento de Sistemas Ltda was registered on 07/02/2014 in Florianópolis, with a share capital of 3,520,798 reais, according to the CNPJ record reproduced by Casa dos Dados, checked on 15/10/2026.
Three companies behind one brand
The official footer lines up three entities. Caleta Holdings Limited, domiciled at 57/63 Line Wall Road in Gibraltar, has been the foreign shareholder of the Brazilian subsidiary since 28/01/2019 according to the same register. Caleta Brasil Desenvolvimento de Sistemas Ltda occupies room 103 of tower 1 at Techno Towers, rodovia José Carlos Daux 500, João Paulo district, Florianópolis. Caleta Malta Limited, based on Frank Galea Street in Zebbug, holds the Maltese licence. Fabíola Jaeger appears as director of the Brazilian company since its creation.
Florianópolis is not a mere line on a birth certificate. The city presents itself as the "Latin Silicon Valley", the island concentrates a good share of the start-ups of southern Brazil, and Caleta has turned it into a recruitment argument as much as a sales pitch. The house slogan, "Proudly Brazilian, Truly Global", sums up the strategy: sell to the whole world games designed first for a player in Rio or São Paulo.
A leadership change in 2025
Paulo Nova long combined the roles of co-founder and chief technology officer. On 12/09/2025 the studio appointed Fabrizio Leal Freitas as CTO. He joined in 2021, became head of data and product in 2023, built the company's data analytics department and wrote a doctoral thesis on artificial intelligence applied to online gaming. Paulo Nova keeps control of the back-end, according to the appointment announcement. Around them work Amanda Estrela as head of operations, Andreza Guerner in marketing, Antonio Carrera on product and Samuel Attivi in account management since June 2025.
What is in the Caleta Gaming game library?
I went through the 145 pages of the Our Games section on 15/10/2026, one by one, noting category, return to player, volatility and maximum win. The studio itself advertises "150+" on its homepage and "more than 155 premium titles" in its summer 2026 press releases. The gap comes from exclusive games and jurisdiction-specific versions that do not all appear in the public showcase.
| Category | Public pages on 15/10/2026 | Notes |
|---|
| Video bingo | 57 | Core of the portfolio, from Bingo Samba Rio (2020) to Sweet Bingo (07/10/2026) |

Video bingo as a signature
Fifty-seven video bingos is more than a third of the collection, and this is where Caleta stands apart from almost every studio I document. The format is king in Brazil, where the "bingo hall" generation has moved to mobile. The titles speak for themselves: Bingo Samba Rio, Baile Funk Bingo, Garoto de Ipanema Bingo, Boteco Bingo, Bichos da Amazônia Bingo, and Caipirinha Keno for the cousin. Every bingo includes the purchase of extra balls, multiple patterns and a grid bonus, sometimes a wheel. Return rates are modest: 90.81% for Atlantis Bingo, 91.50% to 91.77% for Bingo Samba Rio, 96.60% for Zen Tiger Bingo, one of the best placed.
Few providers keep up a comparable release pace: Caleta put nine new bingos online between January and October 2026. To measure this know-how against the competition, I have grouped the video bingo providers listed on Kynox on a dedicated page, where you will notably meet the Portuguese rival on Latin America's video bingo halls that Mexican operators know well.
Slots and crash games
On the reels side, the studio alternates classic grids and recent mechanics. Fate of Olympus (28/01/2025) shows a 97.73% return and a maximum win of 42,000 times the stake, Viking Madness Xtreme shares that 97.73% rate, Cluster Cup (28/04/2026) plays the football card at very high volatility, High Bounty (13/08/2026) promises up to 11,097 times the stake, and Golden Boom (15/07/2026) was built as an exclusive for a third-party development platform with cluster pays and cascading reels. Hallowins, the Halloween slot, is announced for 15/10/2026 with a 96.06% return and a cap of 15,000 times the stake.
On crash, Caleta hit hard with Pipa Crash, the kite game, named "Best Crash Game" at the BiS Awards 2026 on 10/04/2026 according to the provider's announcement. The crash games I checked all share a 97% return and a win capped at €10,000, which puts them within the norm of the format invented with Spribe's Aviator. If the genre interests you, Caleta's competitors in crash games are gathered on a filter page, and the multipliers to cash out before the crash can be tested for free, auto cash-out and simultaneous bets included.
Volatility and release breakdown
Across the 130 pages that state a volatility, I counted 69 high-volatility titles, 22 very high, 26 medium, 7 low, 5 low-medium and 1 adjustable, as of 15/10/2026. The studio clearly does not do half measures, and I find that consistent with an audience raised on hall bingo, where you win rarely but big.
| Release year | Titles published | Reading |
|---|
| 2019 | 15 | Indian and Asian themed grids, thirteen of them marked "coming soon" today |
| 2020 | 33 | Record year, with the wave of 28 Brazilian bingos |
| 2021 | 12 | Scratchcards, keno and seasonal bingos |
| 2022 | 10 | Paradise Trippies, World Wild Cup, Bingo Royale |
| 2023 | 16 | Arrival of Rio-themed bingos and Caipirinha Keno |
| 2024 | 18 | First crash game, first blackjack, first Brazilian certification |
| 2025 | 12 | Fate of Olympus, Baile Funk Bingo, three crash games, one blackjack |
| 2026 (to 15/10) | 16 | Nine bingos, five slots including two still announced, two blackjacks |
Can you try Caleta Gaming games for free?
Yes, and it is one of the provider's strong points. Every game page on the official website carries a "Play demo" button that opens the title in play money, with no account and no download. I tested Bingo Samba Rio on 15/10/2026: the launcher accepts a language parameter, and the game's translation file contains fifteen language codes, including English, Brazilian Portuguese, Spanish, French, German, Russian, Turkish, Hindi, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Thai, Korean, Japanese and two variants of Chinese.
On Kynox, some of these demos are built into the practice mode of Kynox Casino, reachable through the GAMES button. There you will find video bingos to try for free in carnival colours, Brazilian slots to launch without a deposit and the kite of Pipa Crash, all without creating an account.
What the demo does not show
Twenty titles out of 145 have no trial launcher as of 15/10/2026. These are first the recent exclusives developed for a third-party platform or a specific operator, including Sweet Bingo, Tiger Bingo, Grandpa Bingo, Rainbow Bingo and Golden Boom, then the thirteen 2019 pages marked "coming soon" that have no type, no return rate and no volatility. The demos also run on a pre-production environment of the provider, which does not stop you playing but may explain slower loading on some days.
Which licences and certifications does Caleta Gaming hold?
This is where the studio pulls ahead of most South American providers. Caleta Malta Limited holds the B2B Critical Gaming Supply licence MGA/B2B/1006/2023, issued on 01/02/2024 by the Malta Gaming Authority according to the official footer, and announced on 06/02/2024 in an iGaming Capital article that mentioned 120 games at the time. The MGA public register was unreachable during my session on 15/10/2026, blocked by an anti-bot check, so I was unable to verify the licence status on the register myself. The second licence is a supplier licence in the Bahamas, number SUP0055 according to the official FAQ, announced on 06/04/2022 by Solo Azar alongside a first local partner.
The first Brazilian provider certified by GLI for Brazil
On 11/12/2024, Caleta Gaming announced it was the first Brazilian online game provider certified by the GLI laboratory for Brazil's regulated market, random number generator and game server included, with 11 titles validated in a first wave and 26 in progress, according to the press release in Portuguese. The counter rose to 37 titles on 29/09/2025, then to 48 certified titles on 15/06/2026, with a bingo developed to order for a national operator. The website's compliance area, reserved for clients but indexed, lists 48 pages for the Brazilian jurisdiction on 15/10/2026, against 26 for Malta, 26 for Colombia and 11 for Peru. Each page carries a jurisdiction-specific identifier and, often, a return rate that differs from the international version.
The studios that program RNG blackjack tables are rarely certified in Brazil; Caleta had Blackjack Royale approved there, and its Brazilian version shows a 99.67% return.
What a B2B licence means for you as a player
Let me be clear. Caleta's Maltese B2B licence authorises the studio to supply operators. It does not authorise any operator to offer online casino games in any given country, and it says nothing about whether such games are legal where you live. Online gambling rules vary from one country to the next, and the only thing that counts is the regulation in your country of residence. The CASINO button results are geolocated: you will only see operators that are legally allowed to serve players from your location, when there are any.
Who distributes Caleta Gaming games?
The studio works on revenue share: it signs software licence agreements with operators and takes a percentage of the revenue generated by its games, according to its own FAQ. It offers three integration modes, standard direct, reverse direct and indirect through an already connected aggregator, detailed in a technical post from 28/05/2025. The Partners page on 15/10/2026 shows 23 logos of aggregators and platforms, 5 logos of Brazilian and South African operators and 5 logos of media sites.
The aggregators that matter
Three recent agreements shape the international distribution. A global deal signed on 04/11/2025 with the content marketplace of the Las Vegas group covers Brazil, Colombia, Peru, Malta and South Africa, according to the joint announcement. On 30/09/2026, Caleta handed 50 titles to QTech, an aggregator focused on emerging markets, 35 of them already live, with 27 video bingos leading the way. In between, the studio went live on Uplatform (11/12/2025) and on Atlaslive (09/02/2026) for regulated Latin America, and on Torrero, a Maltese aggregator, on 11/06/2025.
The same Partners page features the Salsa Technology network, an aggregator of Brazilian origin that knows the ground better than anyone, the provider and platform founded in Armenia whose omnichannel solution powers dozens of operators, as well as SoftSwiss, SoftGamings, EveryMatrix, Hub88, Slotegrator, Digitain and EGT Digital. For an online casino, this means there are at least a dozen technical routes to plug the Caleta library into its lobby.
Brazilian operators on the front line
Since Brazil's regulated market opened on 01/01/2025, Caleta has chained go-lives with operators holding a federal authorisation: a Greek-Brazilian operator received the full set of certified titles on 04/08/2025, a British betting giant launched 20 of them on 01/09/2026, and several local platforms followed between May and July 2025. I do not name these operators in the body of the article, but the names appear in the data sheet at the end of the page. The studio also set foot in the Philippines on 13/08/2025 and in South Africa on 25/04/2025.
How do you find an online casino with Caleta Gaming?
The CASINO button at the top of the page is the only list I maintain. It contains only operators certified and regulated in your jurisdiction, detected from your IP address. Every casino on the list runs the Caleta Gaming provider at the time of the check, and I remove an operator as soon as its licence or its library changes. If the filter is empty, there is no point writing to me for a link: there is none.
Latin American lobbies often pair Caleta with a few familiar studios, and my other provider reviews will help you recognise them. The shelf neighbour in video bingo that targets Spanish-speaking markets is one of them, as is the Bulgarian studio that just entered the Colombian market through a local operator, two reviews I invite you to read next.
Points to watch before you play
I make a habit of recording the negatives as carefully as the positives, and Caleta is no exception.
| Check on 15/10/2026 | Source consulted | Result |
|---|
| MGA licence status on the register | mga.org.mt and authorisation.mga.org.mt | Unreachable, blocking anti-bot check |
| Company registration number in Gibraltar and Malta | Official website, press releases, directories | Not published, no substitute number retained |
| Homepage counters (games, countries, languages, currencies) | caletagaming.com | Show "0+" without script execution, figures unusable |
| Copyright notice | Footer | Still "© 2024" while the news dates from October 2026 |
| Hi-Lo and Money Maze filters | Our Games page | Empty, although Hi-Loaf (26/05/2025) and MoneyMaze Beto (26/09/2025) were announced |
| 2019 titles | Our Games page | 13 pages "coming soon" with no type, no demo, no return rate |
| Demo environment | Trial launcher | Hosted on a pre-production subdomain |
| Lowest return rates | Game pages | 90.81% on Atlantis Bingo and FashionTV Aqua Boutique Bingo |
Two remarks to close this table. Return rates of 90% to 92% on the bingos are normal for the genre, but they sit five points below what the best slots on the market offer, and a player who counts every euro should know it. The four blackjacks, on the other hand, show between 99.30% and 99.62% on the international version, which makes them the most generous titles in the house.
Awards and the 2026 calendar
Pipa Crash won the best crash game prize at the BiS Awards 2026 in São Paulo. Caleta Gaming was then shortlisted for the SBC Awards 2026 in the casino and slots developer of the year category, small organisations, according to its announcement of 24/07/2026. The ceremony on 01/10/2026 in Lisbon crowned the Canadian studio that won the small studios category, and the winner of the large studios category at the SBC Awards 2026 for the third year running, according to the results published by SBC News. Caleta therefore went home without a trophy, but a nomination in Lisbon for a studio from Florianópolis says a lot about the road travelled.
For the end of the year, the public calendar announces Hallowins on 15/10/2026 and a Christmas Slot in December 2026. The providers that keep keno in their library can be counted on one hand, and Caleta has released nothing in this format since Caipirinha Keno in June 2023, which features among the free keno draws offered here; I would like to see the studio return to it. The online scratchcard providers are just as rare, and the three scratchcards from 2021 and 2022 had no follow-up.
My opinion on Caleta Gaming
I will give you my view without detours. Caleta Gaming is one of the few South American studios to have taken regulation seriously before it became mandatory: Maltese licence in February 2024, GLI certification for Brazil in December 2024, three weeks before the market officially opened, then 48 titles approved in eighteen months. An operator looking for certified Brazilian content does not have many other doors to knock on, and the deals signed with the major aggregators in 2025 and 2026 prove it.
On the player side, the picture is more mixed. The video bingos are charming, loud, deeply Brazilian, and their return rates do not make anyone dream. The crash games are solid, the blackjacks generous, the slots uneven, with part of the 2019 library left fallow. What I appreciate is the transparency: every page publishes its rate, its volatility, its maximum win and a demo. What I am still waiting for is a clean-up of the showcase, a Maltese register that can be consulted, and counters that display something other than zeros. A studio that managed to convince a certification laboratory will manage to fix a footer.
FAQ: Caleta Gaming
What is Caleta Gaming?
Caleta Gaming is a Brazilian online casino game provider founded in 2013 in Florianópolis by Fabíola Jaeger and Paulo Nova. It develops video bingos, slots, crash games, kenos, blackjacks, scratchcards, a mines game and a lotto on its own technology, and distributes them to online casinos through revenue share licence agreements.
How many games does Caleta Gaming offer?
The official showcase displayed 145 game pages on 15/10/2026: 57 video bingos, 66 slots, 7 kenos, 5 crash games, 4 blackjacks, 3 scratchcards, 1 mines game, 1 lotto and 1 pick'em. The provider claims more than 150 titles when exclusives and jurisdiction-specific versions are counted.
Is Caleta Gaming a reliable and regulated provider?
Yes. Caleta Malta Limited holds B2B licence MGA/B2B/1006/2023 from the Malta Gaming Authority, issued on 01/02/2024, and the group holds a supplier licence in the Bahamas (SUP0055). Its random number generator, its game server and 48 titles are certified by the GLI laboratory for Brazil's regulated market as of 15/06/2026.
Can you play Caleta Gaming games for free?
Yes. Every page on the official website opens a play-money demo with no registration, and 125 of the 145 titles had one on 15/10/2026. Only the recent exclusives and thirteen older titles from 2019 have no trial version.
What is the return to player of Caleta Gaming games?
It varies by category: from 90.81% to 96.60% for the video bingos, around 97% for the crash games, from 93% to 97.73% for the slots, and from 99.30% to 99.62% for the four blackjacks, according to the official pages checked on 15/10/2026.
What is Caleta Gaming's best-known game?
Pipa Crash, the crash game inspired by Brazilian kites, won the best crash game prize at the BiS Awards 2026 on 10/04/2026. On the bingo side, Bingo Samba Rio and Baile Funk Bingo are the titles most widely picked up by Brazilian operators.
In which languages are Caleta Gaming games available?
The translation file of Bingo Samba Rio contains fifteen languages: English, Brazilian Portuguese, Spanish, French, German, Russian, Turkish, Hindi, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Thai, Korean, Japanese, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese.
How do you find an online casino with Caleta Gaming games?
Use the CASINO button at the top of this page. It shows only online casinos regulated in your jurisdiction, detected by IP address, that run the Caleta Gaming provider. An empty filter means that no casino offering this provider is available in your country.
Are Caleta Gaming games legal in my country?
That depends on your country of residence. Caleta's Maltese licence is a supplier licence: it lets the studio sell its games to operators, but it does not make online casino play legal anywhere by itself. Check the rules of your own jurisdiction, and rely on the geolocated CASINO button, which only lists operators allowed to serve your location.
Who distributes Caleta Gaming games to online casinos?
Twenty-three aggregators and platforms appear on its Partners page, including Light & Wonder, SOFTSWISS, SoftGamings, EveryMatrix, Hub88, Slotegrator, Salsa Technology and BetConstruct, joined by QTech since 30/09/2026, Uplatform, Atlaslive and Torrero.
