In Norse mythology, Asgard is the Aesir world ruled by Odin and his wife Frigg and is surrounded by an incomplete wall. It is part of one of the nine realms of Yggdrasil, an eternal ash tree also known as the tree of life or the ash of the universe. From the roots and branches of the tree, the worlds of Asgard, Midgard, Helheim, Nifleim, Muspellheim, Svartalfheim, Alfheim, Vanaheim and Jötunheim are united.
After the war with the Vanir, the walls were destroyed, vulnerable to the attacks of the giants. To rebuild them, the Aesir took the services of a giant who agreed to rebuild them in a very short time. The gods agreed, influenced by Loki. If the work was completed, they would hand over the sun, the moon and the goddess Freyja to him.
The architect, who had an impressive horse capable of carrying an incredible weight, exclaimed that the work would be finished well before the scheduled date. The gods were frightened and sent Loki disguised as a mare to distract the horse from his work. The horse abandoned his chores to go and find the mare and the giant was unable to complete his goals as promised. Age of Asgard™ is a 5×3 double slot with up to 50 paylines that will pay from left to right. The game has 8 regular weak symbols. There are also 6 strong symbols that always turn into 3 large symbols. The game features 2 wilds that will always be stacked and free spin symbols that will only appear on reels 2, 3 and 4 and do not need to be on a win line to award free spins.
The double machine is a separation of the two machines in the base game. The top machine has the strong god symbols and are accompanied by their weak symbols. The bottom slot has a monster theme, with strong and weak symbols and each slot has its own paylines, of which there are 20.
In the Age of Asgard™ base game, the two wilds are three large symbols that substitute for all regular symbols and expand to fill an entire reel. Filling an entire reel with a wild symbol on any of the two machines will reward a re-spin and remain locked in that position.
By landing multiple whole wilds in one spin the player will not be entitled to any further re-spins but all wild symbols will remain stuck for the duration of the re-spins. If another whole wild symbol lands in a re-spin it will trigger another re-spin. If all reel positions are covered by sticky wilds they will trigger not another re-spin but The Big Win Ragnarok which will pay 19,200 coins in the base game and 24,000 coins in the free spins.
When 2 large wild symbols land on opposite reels in the Age of Asgard™ game, one above the other will reward The Clash feature. This feature will reward wilds randomly for the current spin. The other re-spin has the sticky wilds. Random wilds will not land on other wilds and if they land on a strong symbol the whole symbol will change to a wild.
If all positions are occupied by wilds, there will be no more rewarded wilds. The number of random wilds will be rewarded as follows: 2 full natural wilds will offer 4 additional random wilds. 1 full natural wild plus 1 full expanded wild will give 3 additional random wilds. 2 full expanded wilds will award 2 additional random wilds.
If three free spin symbols land in the top slot 10 free spins with symbols only from the top slot. If 3 free spin symbols land in the bottom slot the player will be rewarded with 10 free spins and symbols from the bottom slot. The free spins will be played in a simple 5×6 reel slot with 50 paylines from left to right. The two wilds are merged together into a 1×6 symbol and present on the reels.
The wild symbols will expand and reward the Clash feature if it fills the rows. The stacked double wild works as a symbol, so it can also be a natural wild symbol, in which case it will reward 4 random wilds. If it expands, then it will give 2 random wilds for the Clash feature.
