In Rise of Maya™ there are 4 types of wild symbols: a single snake, 2 expandable snakes and the stacked snakes. The single snake wild appears on the 1st or 3rd reel only. The expandable snake wilds will expand up or down but may not cover the entire reel depending on when the reel stops.
Single snake and expandable snake wilds will appear in the main Rise of Maya™ game and in the free spins. Stacked snakes will only appear in the free spins on the hot reels and will cover the entire reel. All wild symbols will substitute for all symbols except the scatter symbols.
Wilds substitution in Rise of Maya™ will pay the highest possible combination on a payline. 3 or more wilds and scatter symbols in any combination landing anywhere on the main game reels will activate the free spins. For example, there could be 2 wilds and 1 scatter or 2 scatter symbols and a wild symbol.
A combination of 3 symbols (wilds/scatter) in the Rise of Maya™ slot game will give 10 free spins, 4 symbols will give 15 free spins and 5 symbols will give 20 free spins. The reels where the scatter and wild symbols landed will become hot reels during the free spins. The other reels will remain inactive.
The stacked snakes that land on the hot Rise of Maya™ reels will expand to cover the entire reel. The single snake wild and the expandable snake wild that will expand up or down will be able to land on the inactive reels only. Additional free spins can be won during the free spins.
For every wild or scatter symbol that lands on the inactive Rise of Maya™ game reels 2 additional free spins will be awarded. The reel where the wild or scatter landed to activate the extra 2 free spins will become hot until the free spins end. The maximum number of extra free spins that can be won during the free spins will be 4.
The Rise of Maya™ total win field includes any winnings during the free spins added to any winnings since the spin that activated the free spins. At the end of the free spins, the game will return to the spin that triggered them. The free spins will be played on the same bet as the game that activated them. The Nudge scatter will be randomly activated in the event of a no-win situation in the main game or in the free spins.

The Second Chance Scatter™ Respin will activate in the main game of Rise of Maya™ if the Bonus Bet: Second Chance Scatter™ is activated and there are also at least 2 wilds or scatter symbols on the reels. Reels that do not have wilds or scatter symbols will spin again for a chance that a scatter symbol will land on the reel and activate the free spins. Only scatter symbols appear on the reels which will spin again. Any winnings since the initial spin will be rewarded before the respin feature.
