The iSoftBet provider has chosen gladiators as the theme for its new no download slot Gladiators Go Wild™. A fairly recurring theme in the video slot world but this time with 4 gladiators fighting to help us grow our bankroll with its 6 reels, 3 rows and 10 lines!
In Ancient Rome, 4 friends and fellow soldiers are taken prisoner by enemy troops. Consistent with their Herculean strength, they are going to be taken to the arenas to fight as gladiators (just like in the Gladiators Go Wild™ game). But what they don't know is the nasty surprise that awaited them.
During their transfer to the arena which was in the city a few miles away they could hear the guards whispering, but absolutely nothing audible in clear. This made them more and more nervous. They were starting to see red. This is what the guards were looking for.
When they finally arrived at the gates of the arena, they were immediately led inside because the show was about to start and the event was them! The most senior guard told them the news: they were going to have to fight against each other! They couldn't believe it! It was horrible!
They could not fight against themselves! They had to find a solution! The guards were not too smart and by agreeing they would rebel and escape, but how? Suddenly, one of them had an idea! They were going to set fire to the antorches which were placed on a facade not far from there!
The strongest of them, quickly grabs the antorches and throws them to his companions who immediately catch fire at the backstage of the arena and taking advantage of the fire (as in the first image of Gladiators Go Wild™), they all four escape knowing perfectly well that they would have to run for their lives!
Features and game mechanics of Gladiators Go Wild™:
This time, iSoftBet provider comes to surprise us with a 6 reel, 3 row, 10 payline slot with a gladiator theme. A really simple machine as it doesn't have any great features. As the title suggests the gladiators turn into wilds and you have to try and get 6 gladiators to win the maximum amount of coins.
The payouts will be in coins and will be multiplied by the chosen denomination value. The winning lines will pay out successive symbols from left to right and then from right to left. Wilds can substitute any symbol to form winning combinations.
We will have to choose the value of the coin we want to use and it should be noted that the Gladiators Go Wild™ game has 10 possible winning lines. Each spin will cost us 10 times the chosen bet and only the highest win per line will be paid.
If no specific payout for the wild is displayed in the paytable, a combination formed exclusively with wilds will pay as the highest paying symbol, if that combination is the highest winning combination on a line.
The only feature of the Gladiators Go Wild™ game is gladiators that are stacked on the reels and turn into wilds for the next spin. If more gladiator symbols land on the reels then they will also turn into wilds for the next payout and all the gladiators will stay in place.
Review of Gladiators Go Wild™:
The iSoftBet provider offers us a 6 reels, 3 rows, 10 lines Gladiators Go Wild™ slot with a gladiator theme. When we click on the game the first image is impressive: 4 gladiators who don't look frankly nice in a background of flames promises us a game without equal.
But when you go on and start playing, you are disappointed! Only one feature! Gladiators turn into wilds! That's it! Well my friends, that's not much for an online casino game that promised so much in the first place! I'm really disappointed. The interface with its flames seemed to want to encourage us to play but it's true that when you're there for a while it's boring! If you like combat slots, iSoftBet also offers you entertainment with Rising Samurai: Hold & Win (2022).
The denomination values go from 0.01 to €1 which gives us bets that go from 0.10 to €10 as maximum value. This is not really good either, except for players who don't have a big budget to play with or those who are not used to betting, for beginners for example.
The big players are not going to find their happiness here because no big bets, so obviously no big winnings, the maximum you can win is 400 times the stake. With a maximum bet of €10 you can win €4000, so this is not an attractive enough amount to keep the player.
The return to the player is 96%, which is still average, but the volatility is average, which does not help. You have to wait a bit to trigger the feature, it's not what you'd call a generous machine but the winnings are fairly regular even if they are small. So it's still a good point for iSoftBet.
As for the rest, it's not really that, no jackpot, no multipliers, no scatter or bonus game, it's not the ideal game to fill your pockets. For example, on the same theme we have Champions of Rome™ (2019) from Yggdrasil provider which is still quite better, as for iSoftBet I hope it will do much better next time!
