Yggdrasil, the world's leading publisher of online gaming content, has unveiled Johnan Legendarian™, its latest YG Masters game with Peter & Sons.
This epic adventure sees the titular hero battle beasts on the reels in search of lost cities and the riches that fill them. The 5×3, 10-payline game offers high volatility as well as two types of free spins modes.
Free spins are triggered by landing three or more bonus symbols, which award 10 free spins. At the start of this mode, a random symbol is selected and can expand to cover the entire reel if a win is awarded, as well as potentially awarding additional prizes. During the bonus round, three landing scatters can unlock additional expansion symbols, while resetting the spin count to 10.
Super free spins are triggered as the game expands, and the appearance of two or more bonus symbols also awards points to a progress bar. When the bar reaches 770 points, the super mode is activated. When re-triggered, it offers an additional 10 free spins and up to eight additional expanding symbols. Up to nine symbols in total can expand on any spin.
Johnan Legendarian™ is the first game from Peter & Sons to benefit from the YG Masters programme. The studio recently agreed to implement Yggdrasil's Gigablox™ mechanism in its upcoming titles through the GEM offering.
This is the latest release in the YG Masters programme, the fifth this month. The YG Masters programme has grown significantly over the past 12 months with several unique studios joining as partners.
The game is developed using Yggdrasil's state-of-the-art GATI technology, which allows partners to use the standardised, pre-configured, regulatory-ready development toolkit to produce cutting-edge content followed by rapid distribution.
