YG Masters Partner Selects GATI to Boost Global Distribution.

Yggdrasil's partner YG Masters 4ThePlayer.com has selected the vendor's revolutionary GATI normalisation technology to rapidly expand global distribution and increase revenue opportunities.

Yggdrasil's revolutionary, agnostic, standards-based GATI technology enables game studios and developers to quickly and securely create and distribute content across Yggdrasil's global distribution network.

All Yggdrasil partners integrated with GATI can sell their games to any Yggdrasil global franchisee and share their respective roadmaps, creating new ways to collaborate.

All YG Masters partners will have access to GATI and will use the pre-configured, regulatory-ready, standardized content development toolkit to develop and distribute games worldwide.

Stuart McCarthy, Head of Partner Strategy and Procurement at Yggdrasil, said: "GATI technology offers our partners a new and unique way to quickly create or port regulatory-ready content for global distribution to our growing operator and franchise networks. GATI allows studios to rapidly scale their business and increase revenue opportunities while protecting their intellectual property and managing local market compliance requirements."

Chris Ash, founder and director of business development at 4ThePlayer.com, said: "Being part of YG Masters and using Yggdrasil's unique and standardised GATI technology will give us enormous autonomy and significantly reduce our time to market while boosting the commercialisation of our innovative games roadmap. Yggdrasil has introduced a highly scalable business model that will allow us to both execute our strategy and maximize the potential of our content, while making it easier to protect our intellectual property and manage our own resources and timelines with fewer touch points over time."
